<title>Leading Australian local search and digital marketing company Sensis signs five year contract with Apptus Technologies</title>

&lt;P&gt;Sensis provides an integrated network of local search and digital marketing solutions tailored to Australia&amp;#8217;s small and medium sized businesses. As part of the business&amp;#8217; commitment to evolving its network to continue delivering value and driving leads to its Yellow Pages advertisers, Sensis identified an opportunity to increase the amount of content displayed about its advertisers in order to attract and retain users. &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In order to achieve these goals, Sensis underwent a thorough evaluation process of different vendors and chose to start a production test phase with Apptus&amp;#8217; product Profile Page Booster. The Apptus Profile Page Booster is designed to identify and extract key information from advertisers&amp;#8217; websites. Information extracted includes opening hours, various business descriptions, links to social sites such as Facebook and Twitter, images and logos, payment methods and more. &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;During the test phase, Sensis tested all aspects of the product including its crawling and extraction capabilities and the validation interface developed by Apptus. While Sensis tested the existing product, the Apptus team also worked on adapting the product to Australian local settings as well as developing new features to support Sensis&amp;#8217; specific requirements. &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Following the successful test phase, Sensis has now chosen to invest in a perpetual license of the Apptus&amp;#8217; product, signing a five year contract with Apptus Technologies.
