Leading behavioural merchandising experts, Apptus, will share their knowledge and expertise at eTail Europe next week when CEO Michael Mokhberi explains to the crowds the importance of relevance over personalisation.
As well as exhibiting at the show, Apptus will set the tone of the event when Michael speaks to the retail elite audience during the opening address, using his experience of working with Europe’s top online retail brands to provide insights into the future of the sector. Michael will also be introducing and moderating the VIP Think Tank, discussing Personalisation vs Relevance.
Apptus are also hosting a ‘Retailer Lunch’ where they will debate the future of personalisation and relevance, as well as other industry challenges that ecommerce retailers are facing.
